below a set of standards to which we aspire to work. You are
a valued customer and we never forget that without your custom,
we do not have a business
Our objective is to offer you the best possible cleaning
in a professional and courteous manner. In order to achieve
this, we have provided you with a copy of our Customer Charter.
If we fail in any of the objectives below, we want to know.
We Will...
1). Provide you with a quotation which includes all associated
charges, with no hidden extras.
2). Give you an honest appraisal of the work, complete with
timings for execution.
3). Ensure you are fully aware of the price of all work before
it is carried out.
4). Confirm the areas you wish to be cleaned before the commencement
of work and verbally advise you of expected drying times.
5). Ensure that soft furnishings are inspected before and
after cleaning commences. Defects will be noted and brought
to your attention.
6). Treat your soft furnishings with care and always use
protective covers and drop cloths.
7). Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with
our company's procedures.
8). Inform you immediately of any complications, delays,
damage, or previously undetected problems with your soft furnishings.
9). Ensure that all technical staff are fully trained in
the latest cleaning techniques.
10). Use only the professional
cleaning solutions provided
by Chem-Dry, the world's largest Carpet and Upholstery cleaning
company.
11). Offer you a full range of services as laid down in our
price list.
12). Ensure that all work is checked before leaving the site.
13). Make you aware of any special
offers the company makes
from time to time.
14). Return FREE of charge to any area with which you are
dis-satisfied.
15). Contact you within one week following your cleaning,
to confirm that you are happy with the service that you received.
